<br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITI0KAL APPROPRIATION BY THE BOARD OF <br />TRUSTEES OF THE CIVIL TO\~ OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Morgan County, Indiana, that proper legal officers of said municipal <br /> <br />corporation, at the Mooresville Town Hall, at 7:30 P,M, on the 7th day of <br /> <br />September, 1982 will consider the fol]o~ing additional appropriation in excess <br /> <br />of the budget of the Mooresvil1e General Fund for the current year: <br /> <br />Name of Fund: <br /> <br />Local Road and Street <br />Distribution Fund <br /> <br />Account Number 2-26(263): Said funds <br />to be used for the reconstruction, <br />repairs and repaving of municipal streets. <br /> <br />$10,000,00 <br /> <br />Taxpayers appearing at such hearing shall have the right to be <br /> <br /> <br />heard thereon. The additional appropriation as finally made will be <br /> <br />referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners, which Board upon <br /> <br />receipt shall hold a further hearing within fiftven (15) days at the <br /> <br />County Auditor's Office of said county or at such other place as may <br /> <br />be designated. At such hearing, taxpayers objecting to s\lch <br /> <br />additional appropriation may be heard.
