<br />r <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO, <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />, 1981 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A ONE-WAY ALLEY OFF OF <br />MAIN STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF ISO FEET IN THE TOWN <br />OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA, <br /> <br />Be it ordained, by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />BY THE POWERS VESTED IN THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, by I,C, 9-4-1-28, it is hereby ORDERED AND <br /> <br />ORDAINED that whereas it is necessary to control the flow of traffic <br />in the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, on an alley located off of West <br />Main Street approximately three hundred eighteen (318) feet west of <br /> <br />the southwest corner of Indiana and Main Street, running south one <br /> <br />hundred fifty (ISO) feet to the intersection of the east west alley <br />which runs south of and parallel to Main Street, by establishing a <br />one-way thoroughfare from the alley entry way off of West Main Street <br /> <br />one hundred fifty (ISO) feet south to the east west alley way, It is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted creating a <br /> <br />one-way south alley in the aforementioned area, <br /> <br />Section I <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED for the control of traffic on the alley <br /> <br />located off of West Main Street approximately three hundred eighteen <br />(318) feet west of the south west corner of Indiana and Main Street <br /> <br />running south one hundred fifty (ISO) feet to the intersection of the <br /> <br />east west alley which runs south of and parallel to West Main Street <br /> <br />that said alley shall be a one-way so~th thoroughfare, <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />The Town Marshall, or any other person designated by the Board <br />
