<br />ORDINANCE #~ <br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CALLING FOR THE <br />ISSUANCE OF ADVANCE REFUNDING BONDS <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Indiana Statute I.C. 18-6-4.5-30 allows for the <br /> <br />refunding of outstanding bonds by the issuance of Advance <br /> <br />Refunding Bonds pursuant to I.C. 5-1-5-1 through I.C. 5-1-5-15; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the first day of July, 1973, the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville issued Economic Development First Mortgage Revenue <br /> <br />Bonds, Series 1973 (Nice-pak Products, Inc.) in the original <br /> <br />principal amount of $1,250,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there remains outstanding the principal amount of <br /> <br />$1,070,000 in said Economic Development First Mortgage Revenue <br /> <br />Bonds, Series 1973 (Nice-pak Products, Inc.); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville wishes to redeem said <br /> <br />outstanding bonds through the issuance of Economic Development <br /> <br />First Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 1981 (Nice-pak Products, <br /> <br />Inc.) in the total aggregate amount of $3,035,000, of which sum <br /> <br />$1,040,350 shall be issued as Advance Refunding Bonds pursuant <br /> <br />to I.C. 18-6-4.5-30 and I.e. 5-1-5-1 et ~ and $1,994,650 <br /> <br />shall be issued as Economic Development Bonds pursuant to <br /> <br />I.e. 18-6-4.5; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 5-1-5-11 said Advance Refunding <br /> <br />Bonds shall be issued in combination with the Economic <br /> <br />Development Bonds and shall collectively be referred to as <br /> <br />Economic Development First Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 1981 <br /> <br />(Nice-pak Products, Inc.). <br />
