The holder hereof hereby waives any and all interest accrued from the date hereof through July 8, 1981. This Series 1981 Bond is one of an authorized issue of Economic Development First Mortgage Revenue Bonds, Series 1981 (Nice-Pak Products, Inc.) ("Series 1981 Bonds") limited, except as provided with respect to Additional Bonds in a Mortgage and Indenture of Trust dated as of July 1, 1981 (which document as from time to time amended and supplemented, is hereinafter referred to as the "Indenture"), in aggregate principal amount of $3,035,000 issued for the purpose of refunding certain prior bonds and financing certain economic development facilities ("Project"), in the Town of Mooresville, for Nice-Pak Products, Inc., a New York corporation qualified to do business in Indiana ("Company"), and paying necessary expenses incidental thereto so as to promote diversification of
