<br />ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY
<br />TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA

<br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan
<br />
<br />County, Indiana, that
<br />
<br />J
<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM M. KENDRICK and DAWN M. KENDRICK,
<br />
<br />husband and wife, owners of the following described real estate,
<br />
<br />presented to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville,
<br />
<br />Indiana, their oral request for the annexation to the Civil Town
<br />
<br />of Mooresville, through their representative, Mr. Delbert A. Hobson,
<br />
<br />at a regular scheduled meeting of said Board, on the 15th day of
<br />
<br />January, 1980, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said real estate, hereinafter described, owned
<br />
<br />by said individuals, is presently receiving governmental and pro-
<br />
<br />prietary services substantially equivalent in standard and scope
<br />
<br />to the governmental and proprietary services furnished by the Civil
<br />
<br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to the other areas presently ~nc()r-
<br />
<br />porated within the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and
<br />
<br />By the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the
<br />
<br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, it is hereby
<br />
<br />ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the following described real estate owned
<br />
<br />by said individuals is hereby annexed to the Civil Town of Moores-
<br />
<br />ville, Morgan County, Indiana, such real estate being all situated
<br />
<br />in Morgan County, State of Indiana, and more particularly described
<br />
<br />,

<br />as follows, to-wit:

<br />Part of the southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 14
<br />North, Range I East of the Second Principal Meridian,
<br />Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows,
<br />to-wit:
<br />Beginning at a stone at the Southeast corner of Section 26,
<br />Township and Range aforesaid, run thence westerly on the
<br />section line a distance of 397.0 feet to the center of
<br />State Road 267; deflect 57 degrees 24 minutes right and
<br />run thence northwesterly a distance of 1075.0 feet to
<br />the Southwest corner of the following described tract
<br />and the BEGINNING POINT of this description:
<br />From said beginning point continue thence northwesterly
<br />a distance of 78,3 feet to a point that is 33.0 feet
<br />southwest of the inside corner of a headwall and 52,83
