<br />r <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />1980 <br /> <br />--,--- <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary <br /> <br />to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget <br /> <br />of the Mooresville Town Court; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Trustees of the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that for the expenses <br /> <br />of said municipal corporation in the budget of the Mooresville Town <br /> <br />Court, the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated <br /> <br />and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named, and for the pur- <br /> <br />pose herein named, and for the purpose herein specified, subject to <br /> <br />laws governing the same. <br /> <br />NAME OF FUND: <br /> <br />AMOUNT <br /> <br />Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund <br />1.
