I ORDINANCE NO ,~l_ 1980 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA ON THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF ST. CLAIR STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF 70 FEET EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF CHURCH STREET WITH ST. CLAIR STREET IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that: BY THE POWERS VESTED IN THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, by I.C. 9-4-1-28, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that whereas it is necessary to control the flow of traffic in the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, on St. Clair Street by establishing a no parking zone on and along the north right-of-way of St. Clair Street, beginning at a point on the southeast corner of the intersection of Church Street and St. Clair Street, and thence running seventy (70) feet east on and along the north right-of-way of St. Clair Street, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted prohibiting parking on and along said designated area at all times. Section 1 BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED for the control of traffic on the north right-of-way of St. Clair Street, beginning at a point on the southeast corner of the intersection of St. Clair Street and Church Street, thence running east seventy (70) feet on and along the north right-of-way of St. Clair Street, be, and hereby is, established as a "No Parking Zone I', ~nd that no parking shall be permitted at any time at and along said designated area. Section 2 The Town Marshall, or any other person designated by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, shall post, or cause to be posted, an appropriate sign at and along the aforesaid no parking area, designatiny such area as a If No Parking Zone".
