<br />I <br /> <br />·;l·.... <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />f" , 1980 <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE <br />IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held a <br /> <br />public hearing relative to petition No.2, 1980 for rezoning, <br /> <br />filed by property owners, Boyd C. Head and Marilyn J. Head, hus- <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />band and wife, and Russell J. Lockwood and Elaine F. Lockwood, <br /> <br />husband and wife, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has recommended <br /> <br />to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, <br /> <br />that the real estate hereinafter described, be rezoned from its <br /> <br />present zoning classification, Residential-A, to proposed zoning <br /> <br />district classification, Local Business (LB). and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Moores- <br /> <br />ville, Indiana, having had such recommendation of the Plan Commis- <br /> <br />sion beforé it ,now accepts the recommendation and the following des- <br /> <br />cribed real estate located in the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, is <br /> <br />hereby rezoned in accordance with the petition filed by said pro- <br /> <br />perty owners, from Residential to Local Business, said real estate <br /> <br />being described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />¢ <br /> <br />Part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest <br />quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Four- <br />teen (14) North, Range One (1) East of the Second <br />principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, <br />bounded and described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at a stone at the Northwest corner of <br />Section 36, Township and range aforesaid, thence <br />East of the North line of Section 36, a distance <br />of Thirteen Hundred Forty-five and one-tenth <br />(1345.1) feet to the center line of North Indiana <br />St.; Deflect 89 degrees, 55 minutes and 20 seconds <br />right and run south on the center line of Indiana <br />st. three hundred eighty-one (381J feet; Deflect <br />89 degrees, 55 minutes and 20 seconds right and <br />run thirty-three (33.0) feet (to the north line <br />of Morgan St.) to the southeast corner of the <br />following described tract and the beginning point <br />of this description. From said beginning point <br />continue westerly, on the north line of Morgan <br />St., a distance of one hundred forty-seven and six <br />tenths (147.6) feet; Deflect 90 degrees and 20 <br />minutes right and run northerly a distance of <br />
