D -..I-- ' 1980 ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY :r~'J.'!E _TOWN OF _M()O¡¡~ SV I_l,LE c_ ~0I<.GAN COUN.TY! .!NDI~A J ../ BE IT ORDAINED, by the Civil Town of Mooresville, Mor- gan County, Ind iana, that: J WHEREAS, Cloverleaf Properties, a general partnership, as owner of the following described real estate, presented its written Petition for Annexation of Real Estate to the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, by and through George A. Smith, a general partner, at a regular scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, on the 15th day of April, 1980, and WHEREAS, said real estate owned by said parternership is presently receiving governmental and proprietatry services, sub- stantially equivalent in standard and in scope to the genernrnental and proprietary services furnished by the Civil Town of Moores- ville, Indiana, to the other areas presently incorporated within the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the Petition for Annexation of the following tract of real estate owned by said partership, should be, and is hereby annexed to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, with the stipulation by and between the said parties (the Board of Trustees of Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and said partnership), that the partnership entity, its successors or assigns, shall have access to the Mooresville Municipal Sewage Facilities in the development of said pro- perty, so long as the Mooresville Sdnitary Sewer System shall have capacity available.
