r ORDINANCE NO, ~~ 1980 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART SECTION 23 ENTITLED "FILING FEES" OF ORDINANCE NO.1, 1972, OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10,1972, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR BUILDING PER- MITS AND ESTABLISHING INSPECTOR'S FEE" WHEREAS, it is unlawful to construct or alter any building or structure in the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, or in the unincorporated area in which the Mooresville Plan Com- mission has established its jurisdiction over, which is commonly referred to as the "Suffer Zone", where the effect of such con- struction or alteration is to enlarge the capacity or effect the bearing walls of any building, or the roof thereof, without first securing a permit therefor, and WHEREAS, application for such permits are made to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and are to be accompanied by plans and specifications showing the proposed construction to be done, and WHEREAS, such application, with plans, are thereafter referred to the Town's Building Inspector, who examines the same and who makes or causes to be made, such inspections as are nec- essary to see to the enforcement of the provision of the Moores- ville Zoning Regulations and Building Codes then in force, and WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission, having reviewed the present charges being made for þuilding permits, and after re- viewing the same and the duties which are involved in inspections which are made, or to be made, by the Town Building Inspector, has held a public hearing on proposed increases in permit fees, which public hearing was held by the Mooresville Plan Commission after public notice on Thursday, July 24, 1980, and has submitted its Resolution No.1, 1980, to the Board of Trustees proposing such increases in building permit fees, and
