<br />I <br /> <br />-Æ' 67Ug <br /> <br />11-"" <br />J: ,'.', <br /> <br />494 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />~ <br />/_) <br /> <br />1979 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS <br />THE TOWN OF MJORESVILLE, MORGAN <br />..) <br /> <br />TERRITORY TO <br />COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Trustees of the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Trustee <br /> <br />of je <br /> <br />Masons <br /> <br />Mooresville Lodge No. seventy- <br /> <br />eight <br /> <br />(78) free and accepted <br /> <br />by it's Trustees, presented an <br /> <br />oral and written request to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville, Indiana, to annex certain real estate hereinafter <br /> <br />described, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said real estate is contiguous to the existing <br /> <br />corporate boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, <br /> <br />Indiana, and is presently receiving or has available to it for it's <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />use governmental and proprietary services equivalent in standard and <br /> <br />scope to the governmental and proprietary services furnished by <br /> <br />the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to other areas of the Town, now <br /> <br />presently incorporated within Town limits and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana, having considered the Petition for Annexation, is hereby <br /> <br />ORDERED and ORDAINED that pursuant to the actions of the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, taken at it's <br /> <br />regular scheduled meeting on August 7, 1979, that the following tract <br /> <br />is hereby annexed to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, <br /> <br />Indiana, upon the condition that the governing body, being the <br /> <br />Trustees of Mooresvi11e Lodge No, seventy-eight (78) free and accepted <br /> <br />Masons and/or their successors and assigns shall upon construction <br /> <br />of improvements on said property cause the same, at their expense, to <br /> <br />be connected to the Town Sanitary Sewage system. <br /> <br />The real estate <br /> <br />subject to petition for annexation and the grant herein made being all <br /> <br />situated in Morgan County, State of Indiana, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of <br />Section 25, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second <br />Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br />
