<br />THE TOWN OF ~OORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA

<br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Trustees of the Civil
<br />
<br />Town of Mooresville, Morgan
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Kenneth L.
<br />
<br />COU~y, Indiana,
<br />
<br />Wright and Elsie
<br />
<br />that:
<br />
<br />L. Wright, Husband
<br />
<br />and Wife. presented a written request for annexation to the Civil
<br />
<br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to the Board of Trustees to annex
<br />
<br />real estate hereinafter described, by their counsel, Mr. John E.
<br />
<br />Mills and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said real estate is contiguous to the existing
<br />
<br />corporate boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan
<br />
<br />County. Indiana, and is presently receiving or has available to
<br />
<br />it for it's use governmental and proprietary services equivalent
<br />
<br />in standard and scope to the governmental and proprietary services
<br />
<br />furnished by the Town of Mooresvi11e, Indiana to the other areas
<br />
<br />of the Town, now presently incorporated within the Town limits, and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of
<br />
<br />Mooresville, Indiana, having considered the written request for
<br />
<br />annexation, it is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that pursuant to the
<br />
<br />action of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville,
<br />
<br />Indiana taken at it's regular meeting on Tuesday, August 21, 1979,
<br />
<br />the following tract owned by said petitioners is hereby annexed to
<br />
<br />the Civil'Town of Mooresvi11e. Morgan County, Indiana, such real
<br />
<br />estate being all situated in Morgan County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
<br />
<br />A part of the Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township
<br />14 North, Range 1 East, described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a stone at the Southeast corner of said
<br />Section 26, run thence Westerly on the Section line 397
<br />feet to the center of State Road No. 267, deflect 57 degrees
<br />and 24 minutes right and run Northwesterly a distance of
<br />765.3 feet to the Southeast corner of a tract of land as
<br />described in Deed Record 102, page 73, the beginning
<br />point of this description; run thence Westerly parallel
<br />to the South line of said tract 693.2 feet, run thence
<br />Northerly parallel to the West line of said tract 328.1
<br />feet, run thence Easterly parallel to the South line of
<br />said tract 328.2 feet, deflect right 90 degrees and run
<br />Southerly 195.7 feet to a fence post; deflect 95 degrees
<br />and 20 minutes left and run Northeasterly a distance of
<br />266.5 feet to the above described center line of State
<br />Road No. 267; run thence Southeasterly with the center
<br />line of said road 186.3 feet to the place of beginning,
<br />containing 3.534 acres, more or less.
