<br />· <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~__, 1979 <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE <br />TOWN OF MOOREi3~~LE -'-- MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />hearing relative to a petition for rezoning, with reference to <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission h3S held a public <br /> <br />Street, Mooresville, Indiana, which petition Was docketed as <br /> <br />real estate located at the common address of 432 North Monroe <br /> <br />Plan Commission Docket No.4, 1979, filed by Kenneth L, Wright <br /> <br />and Elsie L, Wright; and <br /> <br />written recommendation of rezoning of said property, the Board of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has filed its <br /> <br />Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, now accepts <br /> <br />following described real estate located in the Civil Town of <br /> <br />such recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission, on the <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, and said real estate is now <br /> <br />rezoned to zoning classification T'LB" Local Business, from its <br /> <br />being described as fOllows: <br /> <br />present zoning classification I'AII Residential, such real estate <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />A part of the Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 14 North, <br />Range 1 East, described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at a stone at the Southeast corner of said Section 26, <br />rUn thence Westerly on the Section line 397 feet to the center <br />of State Road No. 267; deflect 57 degrees and 24 minutes right <br />and run Northwesterly a distance of 765,3 feet to the Southeast <br />corner of a tract of land as described in Deed Record 102, page 73; <br />the beginning point of this description; run thence Westerly <br />parallel to the South line of said tract 693.2 feet, run thence <br />Northerly parallel to the West line of said tract 328.1 feet, <br />rUn thence Easterly parallel to the South line of said tract 328.2 <br />feet, deflect right 90 degrees and run Southerly 195.7 feet to a fence <br />post; deflect 95 degrees and 20 minutes left and run Northeasterly <br />a distance of 266.5 feet to the above described center line of <br />State Road No. 267; run thence Southeasterly with the center line <br />of said road 186.3 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3,534 <br />acres, more or less. <br /> <br />~ <br />
