ORDINANCE Lc , 2013 <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council is the legislative body for. the <br /> Town of Mooresville and approves handicap parking upon need; <br /> WHEREAS, it has been established that there is a need for <br /> ,r <br /> ono handicap parking place at 70 W. Washington St. on the north <br /> side of the street; <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been made and the Town Council has <br /> approved the signage for one handicap parking sign at this <br /> location until such time as it is no longer needed; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Mooresville <br /> approves a handicap parking place to be designated in front of <br /> the real property at 70 W. Washington St . , Mooresville, Indiana <br /> and that the Street Commissioner shall place the appropriate <br /> signage at this locution and the same shall remain until it is <br /> deemed unnecessary. <br /> Violation of this Ordinance (i . e . someone illegally parking <br /> in the handicap area) shall be punishable by a fine of up to One <br /> Hundred Dollars ($100 . 00) plus Court costs . <br /> Approved this 2nd day of July, 2013 . <br />
