© J /\Hq i3®o <br /> BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> F <br /> UPON THE APPEUCATOON9 SF: ,Economy Heating <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND M TO ION <br /> THE „DUlSDOCTOON or THE TOWN OF IllOOORESVOLLE, INDIANA <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 26th day of September, 2013, with <br /> notice given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Economy <br /> Heating, for the rezoning of the real property described as follows: <br /> SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 'A'. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br /> request from 1-1 (Light Industrial to R-1 {_Residential Single Family)_ . <br /> NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the <br /> matters pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public meeting held on the <br /> 1st day of October, 2013 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br />
