( RESOLUTION ) , 2013 <br /> TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE DESIGNATION <br /> OF AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA <br /> ( WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville, Indiana (the "Town") has <br /> been requested by TOA (USA) , LLC. (the "Applicant") to find <br /> pursuant to IC 6-1 . 1 -12 . 1-2 that the area described in Exhibit <br /> "A" (the "Area") Area" <br /> is an "Economic Revitalization within the <br /> meaning of IC 6-1 . 1-12 . 1 -1 (1) ; <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the "Council") has <br /> prepared (i) a simplified description of the boundaries of the <br /> Arca by describing its location in relation to public ways, <br /> streams or otherwise or (ii) maps and plat that identify the <br /> Arca, attached as Exhibit "B"; <br /> WHEREAS, the Arca is located within the jurisdiction of the <br /> Council for the purposes set forth in IC 6-1 . 1-12 . 1-2; <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant and/or an affiliate thereof and/or <br /> another entity (collectively, the "Applicant") plan to expand, <br /> as described in an Application and a related Statement of <br /> Benefits submitted by the Applicant to the Council <br /> (collectively, the "Application") their manufacturing plant and <br /> purchase new manufacturing equipment in the Area (the <br /> "Project") ; <br /> WHEREAS, the Project will consists of : (i) the construction <br /> on unimproved real estate, of new structures and other related <br /> real estate improvements in the Area (the "Redevelopment") and <br /> ( <br /> (ii) the installation in the Area of tangible personal property <br />
