Code 6-1. 1-12 . 1 that the following described real estate is an j! <br /> Economic Revitalization Area: jl! <br /> Approximately 69 . 36 acres of land, known as the "TOA <br /> Site" located at approximately 900 S . SR 67 . It is <br /> bordered by White Lick Creek on the North, SR 67 on <br /> the East and by adjoining agricultural property on the <br /> West and South. <br /> WHEREAS, on the 15th day of January, 2013, the Town Council <br /> of the Civil Town of Mooresville did adopt a Declaratory <br /> Resolution for the designation of the real estate described <br /> above as an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to the general <br /> requirements for such designation by the Mooresville Town <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the adoption and substance of said <br /> Declaratory Resolution was published in the Mooresville Times <br /> and the Martinsville Daily Reporter pursuant to Indiana Code 6- <br /> 1. 1-12 . 1-2. 5 and Indiana Code 5-3-1; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Application for Designation, description of <br /> the affected area, a map of the affected area and all pertinent <br /> supporting data were available for public inspection in the <br /> Offices of the Development Director of the Town of Mooresville; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council will determine the <br /> extent of the tax abatement period allowed after the Application <br /> for tax abatement is filed with the Morgan County Auditor, and <br /> will base the length of the real estate abatement period on such <br /> factors as compliance with the Comprehensive Plan, type of <br />
