<br />SECTION II: <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND ORDAINED that there is <br /> <br /> <br />now established a loading and unloading zone for motor vehicles on <br /> <br /> <br />the north right-of-way of said Memorial Drive in an area forty (40) <br /> <br /> <br />feet west of and forty (40) feet east of the now established side- <br /> <br /> <br />walk for ingress and egress to the public school building of the <br /> <br /> <br />Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation thereon located, and <br /> <br /> <br />that such restrictive parking for any motor vehicle shall be limited <br /> <br /> <br />to a fifteen (15) minute parking period at all times. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION III: <br /> <br /> <br />In implication of this Ordinance, it is further ORDERED <br /> <br /> <br />and ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br /> <br />Indiana, that the Mooresville Town Marshall or any Deputy Marshall <br /> <br /> <br />of the Mooresville police Department, are hereby authorized to cite <br /> <br /> <br />such motor vehicles violating the provisions of this ordinance, and <br /> <br /> <br />are further authorized to remove and tow away, or have removed and <br /> <br /> <br />towed away by a commercial towing service company, any such motor <br /> <br /> <br />vehicle parked in said no parking area, or any motor vehicle that <br /> <br /> <br />is parking in violation of the restrictive loading and unloading zone <br /> <br /> <br />beyond the time authorized, and are hereby authorized to remove and tow <br /> <br /> <br />away, or have removed and towed away by a commercial towing service, <br /> <br /> <br />any motor vehicle parked in violation of any posted sign. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION IV: <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDERED AND ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees <br /> <br /> <br />of the Town of Nooresville, Indiana, that any such vehicle as shall <br /> <br /> <br />be towed away for violations as herein specified in this Ordinance, <br /> <br /> <br />whether it be a violation of the no parking area, or a violation of <br /> <br /> <br />the restrictive time limit on the loading and unloading area, shall <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />, <br />
