<br />~. <br /> <br />RESaLUTICN oo.:¡, - 1975 <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville.Plan Commission has determined <br />that in implementing the provisions of the zoning regulations of the <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and to have a further safeguard that <br />all provisions pertaining the~eto, are properly interpreted and <br />enforced for the benefit of .all persons coming within the provisions <br />thereof, that a Technical committee should be established to review, <br />along with the Town Building InsPector, all applications for improve- <br />ment location permits and/or building permits hereinafter applied <br />for in the civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED, that as an administrative <br />rule of the Mooresville Plan Commission, there is now established <br />a Technical Committee which shall consist of the President of the <br />MOoresville Plan Commission and one (I) other member of the Moores- <br />ville plan Commission that shall be selected by the President of the <br />Board, and that such two (2) members of the Technical Committee <br />shall serve for a period of one (1) Year, or until their successors <br />are appointed. <br />That all improvement lOC9tions permits and/or building <br />permit applications which ¡¡hall be applied for pursuant to the zoning <br />regulations of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, shall be reviewed and <br />acted on by the Building Inspector of the Town of Mooresville, and <br />such Technical Committee. Further, that no construction, reconstruct- <br />ion or structural alteration of any building pertaining to such appli- <br />cation made, shall proceed without written approval of the Building <br />Inspector, and of such Technical Committee which approval of the <br />Technical Committee may be made under the signature of one of the <br />two members thereof. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />,,--- <br />
