<br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE TOWN OF
<br />MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA

<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held a public
<br />hearing relative to a petition for rezoning filed by SAC Develop-
<br />
<br />/'
<br />
<br />ment Company which petition was docketed as Plan Commission Cause
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission,.subsequent to
<br />
<br />
<br />No.7, 1973, and
<br />
<br />said public hearing and notice to adjoining property owners, has
<br />
<br />recommended to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville,
<br />
<br />Indiana, that the petition of SAC Development Company not be
<br />
<br />rezoned to "GB" General Business from its present classification
<br />
<br />"A" Residential, but recommends that said real estate be rezoned
<br />
<br />to a zoning classification of "LS" Local Business, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, aaid Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooreavill.
