LE, IND IANA . <br /> <br />~'IHEREAS, the Board of Trus tees of the T own of Hooresvi lIe, <br /> <br />has heretofore, on November 14, 1960 adopted an Ordinance <br /> <br />classifying and regulating and restricting the location, area <br /> <br />bulk and use of buildings and structures and the use of land <br /> <br />in said Town of Mooresville, known as Zoning Ordinance of the <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, and as a ~art thereof, established <br /> <br />certain districts and cause to be prepared a map of said <br /> <br />Town designating said various districts wherein the use of <br /> <br />said lands within said districts al'e specified; and, <br /> <br />,jHEREAS, the ?lan Commission has held a public hearing <br /> <br />and recommends that certain lands be rezoned; <br /> <br />NO!")'
