<br />_. <br /> <br />, e ,,: ,)Þ-) <br />., ~ (",'1...':' <br />(})~~..{V.'j <br />(i <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />". <br /> <br />I <br />\ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />/i <br /> <br />, 1969 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE "~IENDING ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE TOION OF MOORESVILLE AKD REZONING CERTAIN <br />LAND WITHIN THE TOION OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />has heretofore, on November 14, 196. adopted an Ordinance <br /> <br />classifying and regulating and restricting the location, area <br /> <br />bulk and use of buildings and structures and the use of land <br /> <br />in said Town of Mooresville, known as zoning ordinance of the <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, and as a part thereof, established <br /> <br />certain districts and cause to be prepared a map of said <br /> <br />Town designating said various districts wherein the use of <br /> <br />said lands within said districts are specified; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plan Commission has held a public hearing <br /> <br />and recommends that certain lands be rezoned; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees <br /> <br />of the TOwn of Mooresville, that the Boundaries of professional <br /> <br />office use classification 2a are hereby extended to include the <br /> <br />following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />51 East High street <br />Lot 1, Block Thirty Four (34) <br />Town of Mooresvil1e, Indiana <br />County of Morgan, <br /> <br />and that said real estate be so designated on the zoning <br /> <br />map and said real estate be, and the same is hereby zoned <br /> <br />for professional office - classification 2a. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that an emergency exists for <br /> <br />the passage of this ordinance and the same shall be in <br /> <br />full force and effect from and after its passage and <br /> <br />adoption. <br />
