<br />r····..··.······'·-·· <br />.u~: <br />'<~' . <br /> <br />\, <br />{r <br />F i <br /> <br />I <br />r- <br /> <br />!. <br />i <br /> <br />1-,,_ <br /> <br />,::-. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />L._- <br /> <br />meter zone or, in lieu thereof, for the following periods of <br /> <br />time, upon the deposit therein of a coin or coins of United <br /> <br />States currency as specified: <br /> <br /> <br />(1) Upon the deposit of one dime or two nickels: <br /> <br /> <br />For two full hours of lawful parking time; <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Upon the deposit of one nickel: <br /> <br />For one full hour of lawful parking time; <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Upon the deposit of one to ten pennies; <br /> <br /> <br />For 12 full minutes of lawful parking time <br /> <br /> <br />for each penny deposited. <br /> <br /> <br />(b) Each parking meter shall be so designed, constructed, <br /> <br /> <br />installed and set that upon the expiration of the time period <br /> <br />registered, by the deposit of one or more coins, as provided <br />herein, it will indicate by an appropriate signal that the <br />lawful parking meter period has expired, and during said period <br />of time and prior to the expiration thereof, will indicate the <br /> <br />interval of time which remains of such period. <br /> <br />(c) Each parking meter shall bear thereon a legend, or <br /> <br />the zone or area should be appropriately signed, to indicate the <br />days and hours when the requirement to deposit coins therein <br /> <br />shall apply. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Parking Meter Spaces: <br />(a) The Town and the Street Commissioner shall designate <br /> <br />the parking space adjacent to each parking neter for which such <br /> <br /> <br />meter is to be ~'ed by appropriate markings upon the ~rb and/or <br /> <br />pavement of the street.
