Section 5. That ~ue Clerk-Treasurer ~unicipal Building open to the public for on Tuesday of each week between the hours 5:00 o~clock P.N., and on Friday of o~clock P.N. to 9:00 otclock P.M. shall keep his office in the the transaction of business of 8:00 otclock A.M. and each week from the hours of 7:00 Section 6. That the Town ~Iarshall shall be on d~ty daily from- t~ hours of 6:00 o~clock A.N. to 2:00 o~clock P.N. Any calls re -~y him Other than at the hours above designated to be referred to th~ ~heriff of Eorgan County. ~ection 7. That the hours of the Night Watch_man shall be from ll:00 o~elock P.~. to 5:00 o,clock A.M. daily. Any calls received' outside of the hours above designated' to be referred to the ~he~Xff of Morgan County. Section 8. That in the event light c~ water service'should furth~ curtailed due to the fact that the town has no funds with to pay for the same, eight (8) water plugs shall be discontinued~ and any further reduction in said expense shall be. in the cu: of the street lights. Section 9. That the fire department shall be ani consist of employees hereafter, and the Town Board shall make the reduction in employe es · Section 10. This ordinance shall be c~nSt~ to be $$ and supplemental to an c~dinance passed and adopted ~y the Tow~ Board on the 21st day of August, 19~4, and shall expire upon ~l, 19~, and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby d~ing the existence of this ordinance. It being the intent of ordinance that it shall supersede any and all ordinances heretofore. adopted~governing the appropriations for the year 19~§. Section ll. This ordinance shall be in full force and from and after its passage.
