BEFORE THE MOORESVILLE TOWN <br /> <br />In the Matter of the Establishment ) <br />of an Economic Revitalization Area ) <br />in the Town of Mooresville in ) <br />Brown Township, Morgan County, IN ) <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />Revitalization Area in a <br />Township, Morgan County, <br />follows: (H. I.) <br /> <br /> This matter came before the Town Council of Mooresville on <br />the 6tn day of November, 2001, in regular session on hearing with <br />notice pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1 et <br />seq., and the following Findings of Fact are now made: <br /> <br /> 1. That on the l0th day of July, 2001, the Town Council of <br />Mooresville duly adopted a Resolution establishing an Economic <br />Revitalization Area pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code 6- <br /> <br />1.1-12.1 et seq., as currently codified, establishing an Economic <br /> rural area of Mooresville, in Brown <br /> being more particularly described as <br /> <br /> Lot Number One (1), Block "A", in White Lick Creek Park <br /> Planned Unit Development-Industrial to the Town of <br /> Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, as per plat <br /> thereof recorded in Deed Record 356, Page 331 in the <br /> Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana. <br /> <br /> EXCEPT: Fifty (50) feet by parallel lines off the entire <br /> East side of said Lot Number One (1). <br /> <br /> 2. Notice of this hearing was properly published pursuant <br />to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-2.5 and Indiana Code 5-3-1, the proofs <br />of such publication having been made in the Mooresville Times and <br />the Martinsville Daily Reporter more than ten (10) days prior to <br />this hearing, which proofs of publication are on file with the <br />Mooresville Clerk/Treasurer. <br /> <br /> <br />
