Probationary Firefighters- $25,060.00 per year if applicable, plus encumbered money in <br />the amount of $1,851.20 for Jan 2, 2002 paycheck <br /> All full,t/me firemen shall receive a firefigbter's urn form maintenance allowance of <br />$500.00 per year per man. <br /> <br /> The Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Fire Inspection Officers, Captains, and Firefighters <br />shall receive as a bonefit paid by the Town to 77 Pension Plan 21% of a firefighter's salary. <br /> <br />RESERVE AND CASUAL PAY: <br /> <br />Reserve and Casual- $5.80 per hour base. <br />Firefighter 1 and 2nd class & EMS First Responder - Add $.50 per hour, <br />Firefighter II or 1st class- Add $.25 per hour. <br />Department Driver/operator- Add $.25 per hour. <br />EMT Certification - Add $.50 per hour. <br />Master Firefighter or NFPA Advanced Firefigh'~er Certi.- Add $.50 per hour. <br /> <br />5 years of service-Add $.25 per hour. <br />10 years of service - Add $.50 per hour. <br />Car and Clothing allowance - $11.50 per 28 day cycle. <br /> <br />Receive Fay for training and special events per Fire Chief's discretion. <br /> <br />Inspector salasy should be split into Inspect/on Officer and Inspector/Invest/gator. <br /> <br /> EDC Director- $41,670.00 from the General Fund and $11,800.00 from the Wastewater <br />Tmatmmxt Plaint Fund, plus encumbered money in the mount of $1,615.38 for Jan 2, 2002 <br />paycheck No Overtime shall be paid to the EDC director. <br /> <br /> Part time EDC Admin. Assistant--S8.76 per hour, plus encumbered money in the mount <br />of $517.20 for Jan 2, 2002 paycheck <br /> Probationary EDC Admin.
