Paid from WWTP <br /> The current Clerk-Treasurer and the full-time alarks shall receive a benefit of 1 t% of <br />salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> <br /> The Toaaa Attorney shall be paid as follows: <br /> A. One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($I 50.00) per hour for all services rendered at meetings of <br />the Town Council, Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, the Park Department and <br />Police Commission Board. <br /> B One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per hour for all other services rendered for <br />clients, <br /> C. Client agrees to bear all filing fee expenses and Court costs, cost of any depositions, <br />cost of obtaining the attendance of witnesses, the printing of briefs ~mcl other necessary expenses <br />of litigation over and above the normal overhead. <br /> <br /> D. Attorney shall bill Client monthly for all services rendered by furnishing an itemized <br />statement of services for approval by the Town Council with payment to be made by Client <br />through its normal course ofbosiness. <br /> <br /> E. Attorney shall handle bond issues (including loan indebtedness) of the Town on a <br />percentage basis, that being one percent (1%) of the total bond issue. The Town will notbe <br />billed hourly for any of the services pemining to said bond issue and the Attorney fees shall be <br />contingent upon the sale of the bond issue, If the contract botween the Aucomey and the Town is <br />disconinued prior to the sale of the bond issue, then sen4ces rendered to date on the bond issue <br />shall become due at the time of the sale.
