Superintendent of Park & Recreation Dist. $42,678.00 plus longevity <br /> plus Longevity <br /> if applicable, plus <br /> enoumber~d money in the <br /> mount o£$1,603.00 for <br /> Jan 2, 2002 paych~k <br />No overtime shall be paid to this position so long as the requirements of the Fair Labor Standards <br />Act provide for making this an exempt t~osition. The Park & Recreation Su~rintendent shall <br />receive compensatory time off for time worked in excess of 40 hours wbere they are exempt <br />from overtime under ~e Fair Labor Standards Ac~ at the rae of 11/2 to 1, 11/2 hours off for <br />every 1-hour worked. <br /> <br />Full time employees of the Mooresv/lle Park Dislriot shall receive a benefit of 11% of salary <br />paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> <br />Park Board members <br /> <br />$25,00 per person for each meeting attended <br /> <br />Overtime for Park Department employees shall be granted to the Direc~cor of Aquatics and <br />Recreation and Office Coordinator exempting seasonal workers under the Fair Labor Standard~ <br />Act that would qualify for this exemption. Employees that are not exempt shall be emifled to <br />overtime as defined by the Town's overtime policy. <br /> <br />SECTION VI. <br /> <br />Overtime: Overtime shall be defined as hours worked in excess of 40 hours per x~ek, Overtime <br />compensalion shall be paid at the rate of 1 1/2 hours of wages for every I hour in ex~s of 40 <br />hoars per week' These provisions shall not apply to Police and Fire schedules where comp time <br />is granted to the employees ~o long as the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act provisions are met. <br />Seasonal and other part time employees working more than their normal hours may elect to be <br />paid at their prevailing hourly rate of payor receive compensatory time at the rate of 1 V~ to 1. <br /> <br />The Park Department Superintendent, Sueet Department Superintendent, Waste Water <br />Treamaent Plant Superintendent shall receive eonpemetory time off for time worked in excess of <br />40 hours where they are exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act at the rate of <br />1 g:to 1, 1 I/:hours offfor every 1 hour worked. <br /> <br />Mileage will be paid at $.32 per mile driven by designated employees for Town Business only, <br /> <br />Added to the salary ordinance for 2002 will be longevity according to thc following outlined <br />scale~ Tiffs is not additional m current longevity amouu~s being paid but whichever is ~eater. <br /> <br />0-4 years $ .00 <br />5-9 years 500,00 19.23 <br />10-14 years 1,000.00 38.46 <br />15-19 yearn 1,500.00 57.69 <br /> <br /> <br />
