The Park & Recreation Su~rintendent shall <br />receive compensatory time off for time worked in excess of 40 hours wbere they are exempt <br />from overtime under ~e Fair Labor Standards Ac~ at the rae of 11/2 to 1, 11/2 hours off for <br />every 1-hour worked. <br /> <br />Full time employees of the Mooresv/lle Park Dislriot shall receive a benefit of 11% of salary <br />paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> <br />Park Board members <br /> <br />$25,00 per person for each meeting attended <br /> <br />Overtime for Park Department employees shall be granted to the Direc~cor of Aquatics and <br />Recreation and Office Coordinator exempting seasonal workers under the Fair Labor Standard~ <br />Act that would qualify for this exemption.
