BEFORE THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> ORDINANCE NO: ;'~ ~' ~-¢~/~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE WITHIN THE TOWN OF MOORESVlLLE TO REZONE LAND FROM <br /> <br />B-2 TO R-I UPON THE APPLICATION OF <br /> <br />CARLISLE & SON FUNERAL CHAPEL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Indiana Code 36-7-4 et seq. provides for establishment of Advisory <br /> Planning Commissions throughout the counties of the State of Indiana; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has previously adopted its zoning <br />ordinance providing for the Mooresville Plan Commission, acting in an advisory capacity, <br />to hear and recommend zoning classifications for various districts within the Town of <br />Mooresvirle; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said authority, the Mooresville Plan Commission did, on <br />February 22, 2001, pursuant to due notice as by law required, hold a hearing upon the <br />application of Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, who requested a change in zoning from B- <br />2 to R-l, and hearing was held, and said Mooresville Plan Commission did recommend <br />said rezoning. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classifications of Town of <br />Mooresville and the zoning map of the Town of Mooresville shall be amended so as to <br />change the cJassification of zoning from B-2 to R-1 for the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />Lot Number Five (5) in WALTER A. THOMPSON'S SUB-DIVISION of <br />Lots Number One (1) and Two (2) in Block Number Thirty-six (36) in <br />MOORE'S THIRD ADDITION, an addition to the Town of Mooresville, as <br />per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 95, page 397, in the Office of <br />the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana, commonly known as 332 S. <br />Indiana St., Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br /> <br />
