<br />ORDINANCE NO. t ~ -¿~ 2.-- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: Richard A. Jones and Janice Jones <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br />THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 24th day of October, 2002, with notice <br />given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Richard A. <br />Jones, for the rezoning of the real property described on the attached EXHIBIT 'A'. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br />request from General Business (B-3) district to Light Industrial (1-1). <br /> <br />NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the <br />matters pertaining to rezoning of the above-described land at a public meeting held on <br />the 3111 day of December 2002 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of <br /> <br />Light Industrial (1-1) shall hereinafter apply to the above described real property and the <br />Zoning Ordinance of Mooresville, Indiana shall be amended to show and reflect said <br />zoning for the real property described above effective as of the execution of this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Dated: /2-/ 3¡J v <br />/ <br />A_, / ··2/--·---- <br />x1!tn~ _ <br /> <br />- .... <br /> <br />~~- <br /> <br />, Tom Wart en, President <br />Mooresville Town Council <br />
