<br />FISCAL PLAN FOR SERVING THE YEAGER PROPERTY <br />PETITION FOR ANNEXATION JANUARY, 2002 <br /> <br />The Town of Mooresville having reviewed the Petition for <br /> <br />Annexation filed by Willis E. Yeager and Karen S. Yeager on the <br /> <br />real property described in the attached Exhibit "AU now finds <br /> <br />the following: <br /> <br />1. That the property is contiguous to the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville. <br /> <br />2. The property can be served by the Mooresville Police <br /> <br />Department and Fire Department without the addition of any <br /> <br />employees and service comparable to that given in other annexed <br /> <br />areas adjacent to this property would be the same. <br /> <br />3. That sanitary sewer service is available to this <br /> <br />property without additional cost to the Town of Mooresville <br /> <br />through adding employees or infrastructure. <br /> <br />4. The Town of Mooresville Park and Recreation District <br /> <br />will provide services without additional costs to this area <br /> <br />being annexed. <br /> <br />5. That the Town of Mooresville can provide services <br /> <br />without the addition of employees or infrastructure to the <br /> <br />proposed property being annexed. <br />
