<br />Board Minutes Clerk <br /> <br />Person per each meeting <br />attended <br />25.00 per <br />Person per each meeting <br />Attended. <br />$10.00 per hour <br /> <br />BZA Board members <br /> <br />The current Clerk-Treasurer and the full-time clerks shall receive a benefit of 11 % of <br />salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> <br />The Town Attorney shall be paid as follows: <br />A. One hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per hour for all services rendered at meetings <br />of the Town Council, Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, the Park <br />Department and the Police Commission Board. <br />B. One hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per hour for all other services rendered for <br />clients. <br /> <br />C. Client agrees to bear all filing fee expenses and Court costs, cost of any <br />depositions, cost of obtaining the attendance of witnesses, the printing of briefs <br />and other necessary expenses of litigation over and above the normal overhead. <br /> <br />D. Attorney shall bill client monthly for all services rendered by furnishing an <br />itemized statement of services for approval by the Town Council with payment to <br />be made by Client through its normal course of business. <br /> <br />E. Attorney shall handle bond issues (including loan indebtedness) of the Town on a <br />percentage basis, that being one percent (1 %) of the total bond issue. The Town <br />will not be billed hourly for any of the services pertaining to said bond issue and <br />the Attorney fees shall be contingent upon the sale of the bond issue, then services <br />rendered to date on the bond issue shall become due at the time of the sale.
