<br />I <br /> <br />, 2002 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br />DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE DESIGNATION <br />OF AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville, Indiana (the "Town") has <br /> <br />been requested by Overton & Sons Tool & Die Co., Inc. (the <br /> <br />"Applicant") to find pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-2 that the area <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "A" (the "Area") is an "Economic <br /> <br />Revitalization Area" within the meaning of IC 6-1.1-12.1-1(1); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the "Council") has <br /> <br />prepared (i) a simplified description of the boundaries of the <br /> <br />Area by describing its location in relation to public ways, <br /> <br />streams or otherwise or (ii) maps and plat that identify the <br /> <br />Area, attached as Exhibit "B"; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Area is located within the jurisdiction of the <br /> <br />Council for the purposes set forth in IC 6-1.1-12.1-2; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant plans to purchase certain equipment <br /> <br />as described in an Application and a related Statement of <br /> <br />Benefits submitted by the Applicant to the Council <br /> <br />(collectively, the "Application") to be located in the facility <br /> <br />located in the Area (the "Project"); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Project will consist of the purchase of <br /> <br />certain equipment as outlined in the Statement of Benefits which <br /> <br />qualify as tangible personal property to be acquired by the <br /> <br />Applicant, as its owner, for use in the direct production and <br /> <br />manufacturing process done by Applicant, which tangible personal <br />
