<br />MORGAN COUNTY RECORDER <br />KAREN BRUMMETT <br />eSD Date 12/10/2004 Time 13: <br />RECORDING: <br />I 200417983 <br /> <br />'lr; <br />¡;:r <br /> <br />.l'1¡" <br />.LD <br />13.0G <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. /q~Vt''f <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: Willis & Karen Yeager and Sugarwood LLC <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br />THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 26th day of August 2004, with notice given as <br />required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Willis & Karen Yeager and <br />Sugarwood LLC, for the rezoning of the real property described on the attached EXHIBIT 'A'. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission made a <br />favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning request from <br />Ag ricu Itu ral to 8-1 . <br /> <br />NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the matters <br />pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public meeting held on the 2151 day of <br />September 2004 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of B-1 shall hereinafter <br />apply to the above-described real property and the Zoning Ordinance of Mooresville, Indiana shall <br />be amended to show and reflect said zoning for the real property described above effective as of <br />the execution of thi;; Ordinance. <br /> <br />Dated: )1)0/ <br />I <br /> <br />CY::~ <br /> <br />.
