<br />ï <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ~, 2004 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br />TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Petition for Voluntary Annexation was filed by <br /> <br />the owners of the real property described in the attached <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" said owners being Don Adams and Terry C.
