<br />b. The Application required by this Section shall contain <br />the information required in Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1 et <br />seq. <br /> <br />c. A Deduction filed under this Section is applicable for <br />the year in which the addition to assessed value or <br />assessment of new equipment is made and the followding <br />two (2). <br /> <br />d. A new Deduction Application is not required for <br />succeeding years for new manufacturing equipment <br />pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-5.5. <br /> <br />e. The Applicant who desires to obtain the deduction <br />provided for by law but who fails to file a Deduction <br />Application within the dates provided for above may <br />file an Application between March 1 and May 10 of a <br />subsequent year which shall be applicable for the year <br />filed. In the event of Application for Deduction of <br />value of new manufacturing equipment subsequent annual <br />applications shall be filed each year. <br /> <br />3. This Resolution shall remain in full force and effect <br /> <br />until repealed by Ordinance or Resolution of the Mooresville <br /> <br />Town Council. <br /> <br />4. This Resolution adopts by reference all provisions of <br /> <br />Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-1 through 6-1.1-12.1-6 and any <br /> <br />provisions of this Resolution that may conflict with said <br /> <br />statute are not null and void and the provisions of the Indiana <br /> <br />Code shall apply. Any provisions of this Resolution that <br /> <br />conflict with any amendments to the above Section shall be <br /> <br />deemed amended upon passage of said amendments by the General <br /> <br />Assembly. <br /> <br />If any part, parts, clause or portion of this <br /> <br />Resolution shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such <br /> <br />invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity <br /> <br />or unconstitutionality of this Resolution as a whole or any <br /> <br />other part, clause or portion of this Resolution.
