<br />I~ <br /> <br />f 2004 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AUTHORITY FOR THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />TO ENTER INTO A CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT AND ESTABLISHING <br />REGULATIONS FOR USE OF CREDIT CARDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council is the legislative body for <br /> <br />purposes of establishing accounts, authority for use of charge <br /> <br />cards and other financial matters for the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has become necessary and efficient for <br /> <br />municipal corporations to use the internet for ordering <br /> <br />supplies; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a charge card for purposes <br /> <br />of ordering supplies by way of the internet; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville shall enter into a business agreement with Citizens <br /> <br />Bank of Mooresville for use of a Visa card through Citizens Bank <br /> <br />subject to their Corporate Account Cardholder Agreement which <br /> <br />has been reviewed by che Clerk/Treasurer; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Town shall pay any fees <br /> <br />pursuant to the Agreement for use of a Visa card along with <br /> <br />entering into an Agreement to show authorized users and amounts <br /> <br />i.e. credit limits for use of the card which users shall consist <br /> <br />of the following Department Heads: <br /> <br />Park Department Director, <br /> <br />Director of Street Department, Superintendent of Sewage <br /> <br />--_.._---_._~-_._...,~_. -'. <br /> <br />-. .._-~._- "..-.-..-.-... -.~_._"-_..-.----...- <br /> <br />_ __ ______.__.___..._m.__. <br /> <br />-...-_. ___.__..._______..,"'_.__M'~__.___···_ <br />
