As <br /> <br />Department Heads change the Clerk/Treasurer shall advise <br /> <br />Citizens Bank of the name of the new user for that Department. <br /> <br />The Town shall also specify and set out the respective credit <br /> <br />limits for each user and designates the Town Council President <br /> <br />and Clerk/Treasurer to execute any documents required to <br /> <br />finalize the Agreement with Citizens Bank including the <br /> <br />specification of credit limits.
