ANNEXATION ORDINANCE 6, 2014 <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville is the legislative body <br /> for Mooresville, Indiana and responsible for enacting ordinances <br /> on behalf of the Town of Mooresville; <br /> WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation was brought before the <br /> Town Council filed by George Anne Baker, President of G. H. <br /> Fields Limited Partnership, and Vicki A. Lasiter the co-owners <br /> of the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" <br /> requesting annexation to the Town of Mooresville; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council having held a public hearing on <br /> December 2, 2014 with notice of said public hearing being at <br /> least twenty (20) days prior to the hearing and all interested <br /> parties having had the opportunity to testify at the hearing; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council has introduced and adopted a <br /> written Fiscal Plan and has established a definite policy by <br /> Resolution of the Town Council including the services to be <br /> provided and estimated dates services will begin including <br /> capital and non-capital services; - <br /> WHEREAS, the Petition filed is a Petition for voluntary <br /> annexation signed by one hundred percent ( 100%) of the <br /> landowners pursuant to 1C 36-4-3-5 . 1; <br /> WHEREAS, fourteen (14) days have passed since the public <br /> hearing was held on the annexation and a Fiscal Plan was adopted <br />
