RESOLUTION 3 , 2014 TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE DESIGNATION OF AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville, Indiana (the "Town") has been requested by Olive Oak, LLC/Mt . Olive Manufacturing, Inc. (the "Applicant") to find pursuant to IC 6-1. 1-12 . 1-2 that the area described as 3304 Hancel Ci . , Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana (the "Area") is an "Economic Revitalization Area" within the meaning of IC 6-1 . 1-12 . 1-1 (1) ; WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the "Council") has prepared (i) a simplified description of the boundaries of the Area by describing its location in relation to public ways, streams or otherwise or (ii) maps and plat that identify the Area, attached as Exhibit "A"; WHEREAS, the Area is located within the jurisdiction of the Council for the purposes set forth in IC 6-1 . 1-12 . 1-2; WHEREAS, the Applicant plans to construct a new building as described in an Application and a related Statement of Benefits submitted by the Applicant to the Council (collectively, the "Application") to be located on the area described as 3304 Hancel Ci . , Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana (the "Project") ; WHEREAS, the Project will consist of the construction of a building as outlined in the Statement of Benefits which qualifies as real property to be used by the Applicant, as its owner, for use in the direct production and manufacturing process done by Applicant;
