Mooresville Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioners <br /> Police Department Sue Kays <br /> Larry Bryant <br /> Steve Fitzpatrick <br /> MOORESVILLE POLICE COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> These are the Minutes of the regularly scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Police Commission <br /> held at the Mooresville Town Hall on December 18, 2014. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Sue Kays, Larry Bryant <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Chief Richard Allen, Amanda Carrell, Ronald Cooper, Sondra Cooper, <br /> The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> Larry Bryant made a motion to accept November's minutes. Sue Kays seconded.No discussion.Motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> Larry Bryant made a motion to accept SOP's 19,00, 8.04 and 30.8 as written. Sue Kays seconded.No discussion. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Chief Allen updated the Police Commission on the status of the 21' and 22nd officer positions.Chief Allen stated <br /> that resumes will be accepted until December 3l°al 4:00 PM. <br /> Chief Allen advised the Police Commission that he was promoting Officer Ronald W.Cooper to the position of <br /> Captain effective December 20th.Officer Cooper was congratulated by the Police Commission. <br /> Larry Bryant made a motion to move the Police Commission meetings back to the Mooresville Police Department <br /> conference room, Sue Kays seconded.No discussion.Motion passed unanimously. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 PM. <br /> Ief <br /> The next meeting will be held on 3atxwery 44,2015 at 6:00 PM at the Mooresville Police Department conference <br /> room. <br /> THESE MINUTES SO APPROVED ON THIS DAY THE 15th of January 2015. <br /> Sue Kays,Pre 1 i ent <br /> Steve Fitzpatrick,Vice-President <br />
