} <br />ZONING ACTION OF THE MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />The Mooresville Town Council received a recommendation from <br />the Mooresville Plan Commission to deny a rezoning from B -2 to <br />Open Space on the real property consisting of part of Lot 1 and <br />Lot 2 in Block 4 in Samuel Moore's original plat with the Town <br />of Mooresville in the records of the Auditor of Morgan County, <br />Indiana consisting of a .106 acre parcel fronting on Indiana <br />Street and Main Street with the Plan Commission giving an <br />unfavorable recommendation to this rezoning request: the <br />Mooresville Town Council, this 1st day of December, 2015 at its <br />regularly scheduled meeting rejects the denial of the Plan <br />Commission and sends this back to the Plan Commission for <br />further review concerning the land use impact on local parking <br />with the intent to review after additional information is <br />received concerning the impact of this use on parking in the <br />downtown area.
