<br />THIS INDENTURE S]SITNESSETH that JANA LANETTE SHOCKLEY (of Marion County,
<br />State of Indiana), JEFFREY WAYHE SIMS (of Vigo County, State of In ana),
<br />,DOUGLAS CHRISTOPHER SIMS (o£ Monroe County, State of Indiana), and KARA ANN
<br />SIMS (of Monroe County, State of Indiana), convey and warrant to HAREM

<br />in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration the
<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, in the following described real
<br />estate located in Morgan County, in the State of Indiana, which said real
<br />estate is legally described as follows:
<br />Part of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 13
<br />North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County,
<br />Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Beginning on the West line of the southwest quarter of Section 1,
<br />township .and range aforesaid, 1097.0 feet south of the West half mile
<br />stone, continue thence southerly on and along said West line a distance
<br />of 829.0 feet to the northwest corner of a tract containing 2.00 acres;
<br />thence deflect 82 degrees and 57 minutes left and run thence
<br />southeasterly on'and along the north line of said tract a distance of
<br />577.5 feet, more or less, to the West right-of-way line of State
<br />Highway 67; run thence northeasterly on and along said right-of-way line

<br />described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the above
