Plan Commission Minutes <br />Thursday June 22"a, 2017 <br />Members present: Mike Young, Perry King, Jeff Dieterlen, Joe <br />Beikman, Tammy VanHook, Robert Alumbaugh and Dave Moore. <br />Dennis Chambers and Tim Currens were absent. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order and called for a motion on the <br />previous minutes, Perry King requested that his name be listed on the <br />opposed vote for the rezone on S Clay St., with this correction noted a <br />motion was made to accept, Dave Moore seconded the motion and the <br />minutes were accepted 7-0, they will be signed upon correction. <br />The first item on the agenda is a minor plat at Woodside Dr, presented <br />by Holloway Engineering. The Ward Family is requesting to divide the <br />property into two lots: lot 1 being 5.782 acres and lot 2 at 5.794 acres. <br />The purpose of the divide is to allow two singles family homes, one on <br />each lot. The Commission members confirmed with John Larrison of <br />Holloway Engineering the availability of utilities and easements. When <br />no further questions were asked Mike Young called for a motion; Perry <br />King made a motion to accept, Robert Alumbaugh seconded the motion <br />and the motion passed unanimously. <br />Tim Bennett, Building Inspector reported 16 permits issued and 32 <br />inspections have been completed since the last meeting. <br />With no new business a motion was made by Dave Moore to adjourn, <br />Tammy VanHook seconded the motion and the motion passed. <br />President <br />Secretary <br />N <br />
