ORDINANCE , 2015 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 15, 2015 <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS, OFFICERS, BOARD AND COMMISSION <br />MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council for the Town of Mooresville is <br />responsible for setting the compensation for its elected <br />officials, officers, Board and Commission members and employees <br />for the year 2016; <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 15, 2015 set the salaries and payments <br />for officials, officers, Board and Commission members and <br />employees for the year 2016; <br />WHEREAS, from time to time it becomes necessary to add or <br />amend the salaries set in Ordinance 15, 2015; <br />WHEREAS, a new position has been created for the Mooresville <br />Park & Recreation District necessitating an amendment to <br />Ordinance 15, 2015; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED that the following <br />Amendment to Ordinance 15, 2015 is made amending Section IX, Park <br />Department, by adding the additional employee and terms of <br />employment as follows: <br />Paid from the Park Non -Reverting Operation Fund <br />The position will be Mooresville Park & Recreation Coordinator <br />Salary of $35,000.00 to be paid in equal bi-weekly increments <br />NOTE: Entitled to overtime applicable to Park & Recreation <br />District employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act <br />Entitled to receive benefit of 14.20 of their salary paid by the <br />Town to PERF <br />
