Full -Time employees of the Stormwater Department shall receive as a benefit 14.2% of the employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. An additional $0.50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a Category 8 Certification. Up to seven (7) seasonal employees shall be paid at the rate of $12.00 per hour out of Stormwater & Utility with seasonal employees from the prior year to be paid an additional $0.50 per hour up to $13.50. These employees are seasonal, despite the number of hours worked shall not be considered full-time employees or receive health insurance benefits under the Town or monies paid into the Town retirement account. SECTION VII. STREET DEPARTMENT Paid from MVH Fund Street Superintendent Assistant Street Superintendent Skilled Labor Entry Level Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Shall receive a $0.50 raise after the Unskilled Labor Entry Level Shall receive a $0.50 raise after the Office Manager Non -Seasonal Part -Time (50% from MVH and 50% from Wastewater) $2,148.46 23.88 per hour 20.86 per hour 20.35 per hour first six months 17.08 per hour 16.57 per hour first six months 1,652.77 13.50 per hour An additional $0.50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a Category 8 Certification. If the employee is a Supervisor or salaried employee the amount shall be $0.50 per hour up to 40 hours per week to be added to their income. The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of the Department and other employees. The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation.
