Full -Time employees of the Stormwater Department shall receive as <br />a benefit 14.2% of the employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br />An additional $0.50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a <br />Category 8 Certification. <br />Up to seven (7) seasonal employees shall be paid at the rate of <br />$12.00 per hour out of Stormwater & Utility with seasonal <br />employees from the prior year to be paid an additional $0.50 per <br />hour up to $13.50. These employees are seasonal, despite the <br />number of hours worked shall not be considered full-time <br />employees or receive health insurance benefits under the Town or <br />monies paid into the Town retirement account. <br />SECTION VII. STREET DEPARTMENT <br />Paid from MVH Fund <br />Street Superintendent <br />Assistant Street Superintendent <br />Skilled Labor <br />Entry Level <br />Rate of Pay (to be paid in <br />equal bi- weekly increments <br />for salary and rate of pay by <br />hourly pay periods bi-weekly) <br />Shall receive a $0.50 raise after the <br />Unskilled Labor <br />Entry Level <br />Shall receive a $0.50 raise after the <br />Office Manager <br />Non -Seasonal Part -Time <br />(50% from MVH and 50% from Wastewater) <br />$2,148.46 <br />23.88 <br />per <br />hour <br />20.86 <br />per <br />hour <br />20.35 <br />per <br />hour <br />first six months <br />17.08 <br />per <br />hour <br />16.57 <br />per <br />hour <br />first six months <br />1,652.77 <br />13.50 <br />per <br />hour <br />An additional $0.50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a <br />Category 8 Certification. If the employee is a Supervisor or <br />salaried employee the amount shall be $0.50 per hour up to 40 <br />hours per week to be added to their income. <br />The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus <br />overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of <br />the Department and other employees. The Street Superintendent <br />shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the <br />rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he <br />shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation. <br />Full -Time employees of the MVH Department shall receive as a <br />benefit 14.2% of the employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br />
