RESOLUTION , 2016 <br />TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br />DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE DESIGNATION <br />OF AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville, Indiana (the "Town") has <br />been requested by LinEl, a Division of Mestek, Inc., (the <br />"Applicant") to find pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-2 that the area <br />described as 101 LinEl Dr., Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana <br />(the "Area") is an "Economic Revitalization Area" within the <br />meaning of IC 6-1.1-12.1-1(1); <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the "Council") has <br />prepared (i) a simplified description of the boundaries of the <br />Area by describing its ibca"tion h relation to-pubi ways - - <br />streams or otherwise or (ii) maps and plat that identify the <br />Area, attached as Exhibit "A"; <br />WHEREAS, the Area is located within the jurisdiction of the <br />Council for the purposes set forth in IC 6-1.1-12.1-2; <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant plans to enclose a previously poured <br />concrete pad as described in an Application and a related <br />Statement of Benefits submitted by the Applicant to the Council <br />(collectively, the "Application") to be located on the area <br />described as 101 LinEl Dr., Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana <br />(the "Project"); <br />WHEREAS, the Project will consist of the enclosure of a <br />previously poured concrete pad as outlined in the Statement of <br />Benefits which qualifies as real property to be used by the <br />
