RESOLUTION 11� , 2016 <br />The Mooresville Town Council acting as the fiscal body for <br />the Town of Mooresville hereby resolves the following: <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville is receiving funds <br />pursuant to the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant; <br />WHEREAS, the State Board of Accounts requires the Town to <br />open a Fund for purposes of depositing the Local Road and Bridge <br />Matching Grant Funds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council for the Town of <br />Mooresville creates the Mooresville Local Road and Bridge <br />Matching Grant Fund for purposes of depositing all monies <br />received for said purpose and be it further resolved that any <br />monies received from the State of Indiana from this Grant be <br />deposited into this account and monies transferred from existing <br />accounts for the Town matching portion also be placed in this <br />Fund. <br />This Resolution approved this 20th day of December, 2016. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />W"�� <br />Jo Beikman <br />Mark M hi <br />
