Transfer of Funds Resolution # L <br />December 20, 2016 <br />BE IT Resolved by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana that <br />WHEREAS, it has become necessary to make an adjustment to transfer funds in order to meet current <br />expenses of the budget of the Civil Town of Mooresville, which transfer does not necessitate <br />expenditures of more money than was set out in detail in the 2016 budget finally approved by the State <br />Board of Tax Commissioners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE Clerk -Treasurer of the Civil Town of Mooresville is <br />directed and authorized to make the following transfer of funds: <br />FROM AMOUNT TO <br />General 101003130 $3,500 Fund #241 -Unsafe Building Fund <br />THIS WRITTEN RESOLUTION EXECUTED TO CONFIRM UNANIMOUS DECISION OF THE Town Council of <br />the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, at its regular meeting Place at the Town of Mooresville, Indiana at a <br />Public Meeting on the 20th day of December, 2016 <br />Mar Mathis, President <br />Virginia Perry, Vice -Pr sident <br />J .
