recapped the request, the history and the covenants and asked for the <br />Commission to vote to approve the replat. Mike Young called for a <br />motion; Dave Moore made a motion to approve the request, Joe <br />Beikman seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. <br />Tim Bennet updated the Commisson members on a certified letter he <br />had sent to property owners on 144, currently allowing the operation of a <br />landscaping business and storage unit. These individuals have been <br />before the Plan Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals both with <br />no resolution, Mr. Bennet had requested that they appear before this <br />Commission. Joe Beikman indicated that the county need be contacted <br />to get clarification as the allowable uses under the original zoning before <br />proceeding any further. <br />Dave Moore presented the final draft of the new ordinance book. <br />Tim Bennett reported 39 permits and 74 inspections since the last <br />meeting. <br />When no new business was presented, Dave Moore made a motion to <br />adjourn, that motion was seconded and passed. <br />
